LDS General Women's Meeting - Saturday, March 29, 2014

We encourage all to listen to the LDS General Women's Meeting:

From The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints we will receive instruction from our beloved leaders who teach of Christ and His ways.  All these things help to strengthen us as we strive to live noble values and virtuous lives.

Trust in the Lord - He Shall Direct Thy Paths

The Lord knows your trials. He knows your victories.

And if you will “trust in the Lord with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding [but]

in all thy ways acknowledge him, … he shall direct thy paths” (Prov. 3:5–6).

Find Joy in Every Living Thing

There is JOY to be found in every living thing; including each individual soul.

Let us look for the good in everyone, be grateful for small wonders,

and give thanks to God for all He's done to enlighten, teach and bless us.

God Moving in His Majesty and Power

"...and any man who hath seen any or the least of these
hath seen God moving in his majesty and power."

I Believe in Christ, He is My King!

This is a beloved hymn of mine:

"I Believe in Christ"

I Believe in Christ; He is my King!
With all my heart to him I'll sing;
I'll raise my voice in praise and joy,
In grand amens my tongue employ.
I believe in Christ; he is God's Son.
On earth to dwell his soul did come.
He healed the sick; the dead he raised.
Good works were his; his name be praised.

He is the Source of Light

The light of the gospel illuminates the path of life to eternity
that otherwise would be dark and nondirecting.
We can be like a mirror and direct light even into dark places.
We are not the sources of light; nevertheless,
through us light can be reflected to others.
